New England MSP Expands Management Team to include Director of Technical Services
BOSTON, MA – August 8th, 2016 – Boston’s Global Data Systems (GDS) is thrilled to introduce the newest member of their team, Elaina McGrail. Elaina was brought on board in early July to head up the GDS Technical Assistance Center (TAC). As GDS’s Director of Technical Services, Elaina will be handling the TAC’s day-to-day operations, ensuring GDS’s services are delivered at the high standard their clients have come to expect, and she will work towards optimizing all of GDS’s systems and processes.
Elaina brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and professionalism to the table, having spent two years as the Director of Information Technology for the State of Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing. She has also previously worked as the Director of IT Services for the Office of the Attorney General.
GDS’ newly appointed President & COO, Ed Powers, is incredibly excited to have Elaina as the new Director of Technical Services. “Elaina has already had a positive impact in the short time she has been here.
