Our helpdesk engineers are chartered with remote monitoring, triaging alerts, notifying customers, and remediation of incoming alerts and service requests via phone, email, and web portal. If you are sharp, want to work hard and learn from a great group of skilled engineers, we want to hear from you!

Background & Skills:

  • Experience administering and maintaining network and systems in a Microsoft environment is a plus
  • Minimum Microsoft MCSA certification or is in the process of achieving their MCSA or MCSE
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to see tasks/projects through to conclusion with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of disk imaging/Ghost software, software deployment, Antivirus software, backup software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Server
  • Remote access support
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN connectivity, Firewalls, Routers)
