Our services are simple to understand & utilize. We have three basic components that you select to best suit your needs:

IT Advisor – IT Advisor is the base level of service that provides monitoring, alerting, reporting, and inventory of your network and all the devices that connect to it. This includes Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Notebooks, Portable Devices (Tablets/Smart Phones), Switches, Wireless Routers, & Firewalls. This service can be utilized by itself and you can have the alerts sent to your IT Staff and control the reporting you want to see.

Remediation – Once you have determined if you want IT Advisor to send our Help Desk alerts or you want to receive them you then determine what level of remedial services you want, if any at all. You can select any combination of remote, onsite, and after-hour/emergency services to ensure you are covered when and how you want. Many of our customers only require remote remediation during business hours but if you need 24×7 coverage with onsite support we can provide that as well.

Optional Services –Our Optional Services round out our Managed Services program. We provide Managed AntiVirus, which includes the AV software, Patch Services for your servers, desktops, & notebooks/laptops, GDSProtect our backup & disaster recovery service, & Cloud Services.

All you need to do is tell us what you want for services and the number of users and devices and we can provide you with services that exceed your expectations.
